Twenty stores break timing, reminder, and preference settings locally on your device for the MVP app experience.

## No account required

The native app does not require an account, backend profile, or analytics service to run. The free trial happens in the Mac app. Purchasing happens through secure checkout, and license activation is handled with your Twenty license key.

## Support requests

If you email support, the message includes what you choose to send, such as app version, macOS version, Mac model, display setup, reproduction steps, and diagnostics export details when you are comfortable sharing them.

## Future changes

If Twenty adds accounts or other network-backed app features later, this page and the customer docs should be updated before those features are shipped.
